To start an order contact us through the website or email with your name, address, project you are working on, the engine you are using, and what you are interested in buying. An order form with that information will be sent to you with pricing, terms of payment, and warranty information, are also outlined below.

Shipping Costs

The cost of shipping a PSRU or Firewall Forward package will be up to you to provide. You will be notified at least 7 days prior to your order being ready to ship to make your last payment. The actual size and weight of your crated order will be provided to you so you can make shipping arrangements that best accommodates your requirements. The warranty does not start until after it is successfully delivered to you. Insurance coverage during shipping with all of its options are for you to choose, the amount of insurance coverage, and any additional terms. This policy is to allow you control and flexibility over the cost of shipping. Contact us if you have any questions regarding shipping.

Methods of Payment

Payments by check must be drawn on a bank that can make payments in US dollars. They can be mailed to the address listed on the CONTACT US page. No orders will be processed or shipped until your payment clears through bank processing with all funds are 100% available for use. Bank to bank wire transfer of funds can also be arranged. All banking fees and/or exchange rate fees charged by your bank are at your cost.

Cancellation Policy

Auto PSRU’s values the relationships with our customers and offers a standardized Purchase Order Cancellation Policy as follows:

  1. All Purchase Orders will start being processed within 24 hours after your payment clears through bank processing, or the next business day.
  2. All cancellations must be submitted in writing directly to Auto PSRU’s LLC through email at stuart@autopsrus.com or by letter.
  3. All requests for any cancellation made within 24 hours after any cleared payment will be refunded 100% less any transaction fees.
  4. All requests for cancellations made 24 hours after any cleared payment for “completed products” or “off the shelf” items are subject to a 25% restocking fee of those types of items.
  5. All requests for cancellations made 24 hours after any cleared payment for other types of parts, assemblies, and services are subject to a restocking fee of up to 50% to 75% depending on materials purchased and/or the amount of manufacturing done to date.
  6. If the product(s) have been shipped from Auto PSRU’s you will be responsible for the entire Purchase Order plus any applicable shipping and freight costs.
  7. Refunds will NOT be issued for custom fabrication and special development orders.

Please note that most of our products are custom fabricated, or are standard parts that have been custom modified, or are standard parts with custom fabrications attached.

AUTO PSRU’s LIMITED WARRANTY

Effective for all orders placed after 08/16/2026

WARRANTY STATEMENT

THE WARRANTIES AND REMEDIES CONTAINED HEREIN ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ANY LIABILITY ARISING UNDER ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE.

THIS WARRANTY GIVES THE OWNER SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, WHICH MAY VARY FROM STATE TO STATE. IN NO EVENT SHALL AUTO PSRU’s LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, WHETHER RESULTING FROM THE USE, MISUSE, OR INABILITY TO USE THIS PRODUCT OR FROM DEFECTS IN THIS PRODUCT. Some states/areas do not allow the exclusion on incidental or consequential damages. In those states/areas the duration of this and any warranty is 30 days from original delivery date. The original delivery date is the staring date for all conditions of this warranty. Since the shipping arrangements are the responsibility of the customer, any damages incurred during shipping are covered by the shipping insurance options selected by the customer.

AUTO PSRU’s LLC retains the right to repair or replace the product or offer a prorated refund of the purchase price at the sole discretion of AUTO PSRU’s LLC.

SUCH REMEDY SHALL BE THE CUSTOMER’S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY.

This warranty covers original manufacturing and material defects for the lesser of a period of two years from original delivery date, or 1 year from first run, or 100 hours running time, which occurs first, except as reduced above.

The engine must be run within 90 days of delivery or preserved for long term storage as outlined in the maintenance manual. The engine must be subsequently run every 40 days or preserved for long term storage. Failure to preserve for long term storage as required voids the remaining warranty. Proof of performing these requirements is required via log book entries and the date stamp of digital pictures.

This and all other warranties expressed or implied are voided by racing including non-organized racing, competition use of any type, commercial use of any type, physical damage of any type, overheating, detonation, incorrect fuel, incorrect oil, insufficient oil, modifications, extended high power use, operation beyond or outside of manufacturers recommendations, over revving, prop strike, environmental effects, corrosion, freezing, installation errors, misuse, abuse and all other similar reasons.

All warranty work is to be performed at AUTO PSRU’s LLC place of business and all shipping and other costs are the sole and exclusive responsibility of the customer.

Such repairs or replacements will be made at no charge to the customer for parts and labor, provided that the customer shall be responsible for any transportation costs to and/or from AUTO PSRU’s LLC. AUTO PSRU’s LLC will not pay for any labor, training, or travel required for this standard limited warranty.

AUTO PSRU’s LLC may at times offer other assistance to the customer but at the sole discretion of AUTO PSRU’s LLC and this is offered as good will and does not provide any extension or expansion of the warranty. Any work done under the terms of this warranty does not extend the warranty scope or period.

This warranty can be transferred only one time from the original owner to a second owner and must be reviewed and approved by Auto PSRU’s LLC in writing.

Any refund is less any bank or other fees charged to AUTO PSRU’s LLC.

THIS WARRANTY BECOMES NULL AND VOID IF:

  1. If power boosters like Nitrous Oxide, Turbo boost, exotic fuels, etc. that were not installed or approved by Auto PSRU’s LLC are added by anyone else.
  2. If any of Auto PSRU’s products are installed on unapproved engines or used with propellers larger than the recommended limits in weight and diameter.
  3. If any of Auto PSRU’s products are used outside Normal Category flight maneuvers as defined by FAR Section 23.3 or used to fly stunts, acrobatics, racing, etc., except for the SD550 which is designed for these activities.
  4. If any of Auto PSRU’s products are not maintained to the standards and requirements defined in the user’s maintenance manual.
  5. If any of Auto PSRU’s products are not stored as defined in the user’s maintenance manual.
  6. If any of Auto PSRU’s products is used in non aircraft or air-boat installations.
  7. If anyone modifies the ECU tuning on any of Auto PSRU’s engine conversions in any way without prior written approval from Auto PSRU’s LLC.
  8. If any of Auto PSRU’s products are opened for any reason without prior written approval from Auto PSRU’s.
  9. If any of Auto PSRU’s products exceed the RPM limits for the engine and/or propeller.

Auto PSRU’s LLC assumes no liability for damages or responsibility whatsoever for personal injury, property damage, or any special incidental, contingent or consequential damages resulting from any product failure. The exclusive remedy for any liability of the manufacturer in any case is within the limits of the warranty period is the repair or replacement of the product or the return of the purchase price after return of the product, at the option of Auto PSRU’s LLC.

NO OTHER WARRANTY, WRITTEN, OR VERBAL, IS AUTHORIZED BY AUTO PSRU’s LLC.
